TOYA S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer) announces that on 12 May 2026, the Supervisory Board of the Company positively assessed the proposal of the Management Board concerning the distribution of profit stated in the individual financial statements of TOYA S.A. for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, about which the Issuer informed in Current Report No. 3/2026 dated 12 May 2024.
The final decision on the distribution of the Issuer’s profit for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 will be taken by the Annual General Meeting.
