TOYA S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer) announces that on 28 May 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Company positively assessed the proposal of the Management Board concerning the distribution of profit shown in the individual financial statements of TOYA S.A. for the financial year ended 31 December 2023, about which the Company informed in current report no. 6/2024 dated 20 May 2024.
The final decision on the distribution of the Company's profit for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 will be taken by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
