"TOYA" S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the Company) announces that on 1 June 2023. the Supervisory Board of the Company, positively assessed the proposal of the Management Board concerning distribution of profit recognised in the standalone financial statements of "TOYA" S.A. for the financial year ended 31 December 2022, about which the Company informed in the current report no. 4/2023 of 23 May 2023.
The final decision on the distribution of the Company's profit for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 will be taken by the Annual General Meeting.
The report is prepared pursuant to: Art. 17 section 1 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ EU. L. 2014 No. 173, p. 1, as amended).
