Safety First: TOYA S.A. Employees Trained in First Aid

Safety First: TOYA S.A. Employees Trained in First Aid

As part of our ongoing cooperation with PZU, we have organized another edition of our regular training sessions in pre-medical first aid and occupational health and safety. The most recent sessions were attended by field sales representatives and employees from our Wrocław branch.

The project, carried out in cooperation with PZU, is preventive in nature. Its primary goal is to equip our employees with practical skills to respond effectively in life-threatening situations. The training program focused mainly on hands-on exercises with manikins, learning how to operate an AED, and protocols for managing injuries that may occur both in the office and in the field.

We make a conscious effort to involve employees from various office departments as well as field sales teams in these training sessions. This approach increases the likelihood that, in the event of an emergency, there will always be someone nearby capable of providing professional assistance before emergency services arrive.

We are proud of the commitment shown by our employees, who volunteer to enhance their skills, thereby building a safer work environment for all of us.
