TOYA S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: "Issuer") announces that on 13 September 2023 it decided to repay the non-revolving loan stated in agreement no. WAR/8833/20/327/CB of 14 September 2020, concluded with BNP Paribas Bank Polska Spółka Akcyjna based in Warsaw, with subsequent annexes (hereinafter refrred to as: "Agreement"), before the maturity date, i.e. before 30 September 2024. The Issuer reported on the conclusion of the Agreement and amendments thereto in report no. 39/2020 of 8 September 2020, report no. 42/2020 of 14 September 2020, report no. 4/2022 of 11 February 2022, report no. 5/2022 of 16 February 2022, report no. 19/2022 of 15 June 2022 and report no. 20/2022 of 21 June 2022. Approval for repayment of the loan before maturity was granted by the Supervisory Board of TOYA S.A. on 13 September 2023.
The Issuer will announce the repayment date of the loan stated in the Agreement in a separate report.
