Deadlines for publication of TOYA S.A. interim reports in the financial year 2024

TOYA S.A. (hereinafter refrred to as “the Issuer”) hereby publishes the deadlines for publishing interim reports in the financial year 2024:

  1. Consolidated quarterly reports:
  • Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA Group S.A. for Q1 2024 – 10 May 2024.
  • Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA Group S.A. for Q3 2024 – 7 November 2024.
  1. Consolidated semi-annual report of TOYA Group S.A. for H1 2024 – 28 August 2024.
  2. Consolidated annual report of TOYA S.A. Group and separate annual report of TOYA S.A. for 2023 –  28 March 2024

The Issuer notifies you that, pursuant to § 62(1)(3) of Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and interim information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions for the recognition of information required in accordance with the law of non-member states as equivalent (Journal of Laws, item 757). ("the Regulation"), it will not publish separate individual quarterly reports and an individual semi-annual report. Consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated semi-annual report of TOYA S.A. Group will include quarterly financial information and semi-annual abbreviated financial statements, respectively, together with the report of the auditing firm on the review or audit of these statements.

Furthermore, the Issuer will not publish a quarterly report and a consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2023 and the second quarter of 2024 in accordance with the regulation of § 79(2) of the Regulation.

All interim reports will be posted on the Issuer's website under For Investors/Interim Reports.
