TOYA S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the Issuer) announces the dates of publication of interim reports in the financial year 2021:
1. Consolidated quarterly reports:
- Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA S.A. Group for Q1 2021 – 7 May 2021
- Consolidated quarterly report of TOYA S.A. Group for Q3 2021 – 5 November 2021
2. Consolidated half-year report of TOYA S.A. Group for 1H 2021 – 26 August 2021
3. Consolidated annual report of TOYA S.A. Group and stand-alone annual report of TOYA S.A. for year 2020 – 25 March 2021
The Issuer informs that pursuant to § 62 sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws, item 757) (the “Regulation”), it will not publish different stand-alone quarterly reports and a stand-alone semi-annual report. The consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated half-year report of TOYA S.A. Group will contain, respectively, quarterly financial information and half-year condensed financial statements together with a report of an audit firm reviewing or auditing these statements.
Moreover, the Issuer will not publish the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2020 and the second quarter of 2021 pursuant to the provisions of § 79 section 2 of the Regulation.
All interim reports will be published on the Issuer’s website in the Investor Relations/Interim Reports tab.
