TOYA S.A. announces that on 29 March 2023 it concluded Annex no. 5 to the Overdraft Agreement no. 09/030/19/Z/VV (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) with mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw. TOYA S.A. informed about the conclusion of the Agreement in Current Report no. 3/2019 of 4 March 2019.
Under this annex, the final repayment date of the loan was set at 29 March 2024.
The remaining terms of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements.
Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (OJ L 2014 no. 173, p. 1, as amended).
