TOYA S.A. announces that on 26 March 2024 it concluded Annex No. 6 to Overdraft Agreement No. 09/030/19/Z/VV (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) with mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw. TOYA S.A. informed of the conclusion of the Agreement in Current Report No. 3/2019 dated 4 March 2019.
Under the Annex in question, the final credit repayment date was set at 27 March 2025.
Other terms and conditions of the Agreement do not deviate from those commonly applied to this type of agreement.
