The Management Board of TOYA S.A. announces that on 15 December 2023 TOYA S.A. concluded Annex No. 22 with Bank Handlowy S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw to the Overdraft Agreement No. BDK/KR-RB/000054601/0641/10 (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) referred to in the Prospectus in section 25.1.4.
Under the Annex in question, the final loan repayment date was set at 13 December 2024.
Other terms and conditions of the Agreement do not deviate from those commonly applied to this type of agreement.
